A BRIDGE TOO BIG: An MT source hears the House could vote Wednesday on a Senate-passed bill to get environmental clearance for the Stillwater Bridge between Minnesota and Wisconsin. Minn. Gov. Mark Dayton has set a March 15 deadline before his state pulls out of the huge project. And it sure is huge … U.S. Capitol huge.
