On October 28th, TCS celebrated our 20th anniversary. We threw ourselves a party and also gave out some well-deserved awards. In this photo are TCS co-founder Jill Lancelot, who was inducted into the Taxpayers Hall of Fame. She is standing next to TCS Board Chairman Mark Smith. Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) and Rep. Mick Mulvaney (R-SC) received our “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” awards for their leadership on behalf of taxpayers, presented by TCS President, Ryan Alexander.
