Citizens Republic Bancorp is a bank holding company headquartered in Flint, Michigan. In addition to Michigan, it has banks in Wisconsin, Ohio and Indiana. In early November Citizens announced its participation in the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program. Under the program the bank will receive a $300 million investment from Treasury.
