Enterprise Financial Services Corp. (EFSC) is a financial holding company. The Company provides a range of banking and wealth management services to individuals and corporate customers located in the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan markets through its banking subsidiaries Enterprise Bank & Trust and Great American Bank. The Company owns Millennium Brokerage Group, LLC through its wholly owned subsidiary, Millennium Holding Company, Inc., which operates life insurance advisory and brokerage operations from 14 offices serving life agents, banks, CPA firms, property and casualty groups, and financial advisors in 49 states. Enterprise Financial Services Corp was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.

In December the company announced that it would participate in the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program. Under the program the company was approved to receive up to $62 million, but has announced it will only utilize $35 million in exchange for preferred stock.
