Community Partners Bancorp logoCommunity Partners Bancorp (Community Partners) is a bank holding company. The Company’s wholly owned banking subsidiaries are Two River Community Bank, located in Middletown, New Jersey, and The Town Bank, located in Westfield, New Jersey (collectively, the Banks). The company was founded in 1998.

In January the company announced that it would participate in the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program. Under the program Community Partners received $9 million in exchange for preferred stock.
