First Finiancial Bancorp logoFirst Financial Bancorp is a bank holding company that engages in the business of commercial banking and other banking and banking-related activities through its wholly owned subsidiary, First Financial Bank. First Financial serves metropolitan and non-metropolitan markets in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. As of the end of 2007, First Financial operated 82 banking centers. The company is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Under the Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program, First Financial will receive $80 million.
