Today, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released their stimulus project list. The first thing that comes to mind is that the Obama Administration drew a line (in the sand) over beach replenishment projects, not including them in the stimulus. It appears other boondoggles were left on the cutting room floor, but we will be going through more closely soon.
