Treasury Department Releases Report on Bailout Progress

On New Year's Eve day, the Treasury Department released their response to the questions posed by the Congressional Oversight Panel over how they have spent $350 billion in bailout funds.

TCS will be going through the report, but much of it seems to be rehashed testimony, and questions such as how were decisions made on allocating bank investments under TARP were avoided.
