After months of inquiries by Taxpayers for Common Sense, the Department of the Interior has finally released a full list of Royalty Policy Committee (RPC) Subcommittee and Working Group members. The RPC is advisory committee formed by Interior Secretary Zinke in March of last year and began meeting in early October.
