After months of delay and five Continuing Resolutions, Congress released an Omnibus bill to fund the government in 2021. At 7,517 pages it’s reportedly one of the longest bills ever adopted. While lawmakers had final text for mere hours before voting, we at TCS will read through the whole bill before making any final judgments.

At roughly the $2.4 trillion, the FY2021 Omnibus is just the beginning of this bill. Energy provisions, a water resources authorization, tax extenders package, and many more bills were tacked onto this last train leaving the legislative station. Follow below to see what we uncover.
